Jackson Rathbone's Nylon shoot

Thanks to Confessions of a TwiCrack Addict I found some cute new pics of Jackson Rathbone's Nylon shoot. Q&A Highlights from Twilight Convention w/ Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli and Edi Gathegi Part #2

One of my favorite moments of the day had to be Kellan running through the crowd because he wanted to imitate Rob running and hope to get the security guard to chase him.

Someone asked what was the difference between directors Catherine Hardwick and Chris Weitz ?
The guys agree that Catherine is bubbly, excited, she's like that talented crazy interior decorator, fantastic, fun and feels like she's apart of the scene.And Chris has a calming nature, with a low key vibe. Peter says “Chris is the epitome of Dr. Carlisle Cullen, he has a calming nature, and he’s a rock”.

Q&A with Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz and Edi Gathegi

OMG!! The CULLEN MEN ARE HOT!! When we first arrived we found out that Ashley was held up in Vancouver and would not make the Q&A but Edi Gathegi would appear in her place. I have to say the 3 of them together was hilarious and again I wish I had video!! They did discuss the birthday scene in New Moon, the disappointment in not going to Italy, Catherine Hardick VS Chris Weitz, etc.

Have you shot the Birthday scene?
PF: Yes. It was very intense, Jackson really got into the role. It took Kellan and myself to pull him off Kristen. I think you’ll really like it.

What was the worst thing about your costume?
EG: The lack of a costume and being barefoot. In New Moon Chris Weitz gives me shoes.

If you were not an actor what would you be?
KL: Navy Seal (HOT DAMN!!! He’s how I invision a Navy Seal!!) But his mother wasn’t too keen on that idea or Chemical Engineer. (Edi inserts something like Smart and sexy!!)


What do you do for fun off set?
KL: Go the candy store, play guitar badly (we have something in common!), draw on people who pass out, play games or simply hang out. (this question got them all confused because Kellan assumed it was what does he do when he’s not filming on NM and Peter & Edi thought it was in general then they went on some other funny story)

What advice do you have about becoming an actor?
Edi: Never give up no matter what happens. (My favorite answer because as funny as he was on the panel he was sincere with his advice.)

Are you sad about leaving after New Moon?
Edi: ::playfully crying:: YES!! Sad but will take the Twilight experience with me forever. Laurent goes out with a bang, he’s werewolf lunchmeat. It takes 5 wolves to fight me, (he pretends he in front of the wolves and says FIGHT ME! Then adds a J/K) and said one on one with a wolf Laurent would have won but it took 5 to take him down.
(I paraphrased most of that part!!)

Do you Twitter?
KL: No Twitter, No Myspace, No facebook. (He says he can’t sit still long enough to be on the computer. He was pretty antsy onstage and he even point out how antsy he was and needs to move). He only has his truck and his dog. I’m Boring (his words not mines, I particularly find it HOT!).

Would you rather be a Doctor or Vampire?
EG: ::Smirking:: Both! (and looks to Peter with a grin; Edi played a Doctor on House for an episode or two and that’ where this question came from)

Yesterday at the GrandSlam Twilight convention TS tried to chime in the Q&A during a discussion panel but the sisterhood was denied. But we figured out they were only taking questions from the people they actually knew....again censorship. Not surprised!
Even though we were denied we still had a great time!

Q&A Recap with Twilight's Michael Welch

Since there was a NO VIDEO rule I have a few high lights from the Q & A with Twilight’s Michael Welch. I have to say my favorite part was him reciting the “Arizona” line and his booty dance.

• Michael said he related to Mike Newton because they had a similar background. “Like Mike, I was in love with a girl who loved someone else, well maybe not a vampire.”
• Welch was asked if considered working behind the camera and he said he did consider directing but he realizes its more difficult than he realized. He likes knowing when he needs to show up and do his lines and leave. He is dabbling in writing but directing may be put on the shelves until later in life.
• When it comes to L.A. radio Welch is still saddened by the demise of Indie 103.1 so he listens to KROQ 106.7, 95.5 and 89.9 but no KIIS FM.
• Michael talks about the difference between plays, TV & Films. Plays are great but take up a lot of time for something not many people see, TV is so quick not enough time to really rehearsal or process and figure out the character. Film is split into 2 categories: Indie – no supervision and do what you want to do but no money for budget. Money crews are more corporate and focus groups. There is no perfect scenario.
• “I just want you to know I really appreciate this and just want to do good for you guys”, says Michael Welch.

Hope for Robert Pattinson's Music Career?

It would appear by last night's episode of American Idol that Idol judge Randy Jackson might just be a fan of our boy, Rob's music. He compared the performance of contestant, Adam Lambert, to a mix of Steven Tyler, Fallout Boy, "Robert Pattinson from Twilight" and My Chemical Romance. I'm just thinking it can't be a bad thing to be recognized by Randy Jackson, Record Producer Extraordinaire! Check it out...

Apparently, Rob isn't the sporty type as you can see in Kellan's best Rob impersonation.

And if you get an email on facebook from Kellan Lutz....its not him....not that I actually believed the sent me a message but if you come across a unexpect Kellan message its fake.. Kellan makes it known he does not have a myspace page nor a facebook.

Vampire Ball, Kellan & Jackson!

Hi there it's Nessa.....


Late last night after the 100 Monkeys show, Ana and Jackson the Moose (JTM) headed back to their room to get ready for the Vampire Ball! Below was Coven Mother Ana is her awesome dress!
Though I do not have many details of last night's events Ana did have to share the following:

Having updates as they happened was great!

The Vampire Ball Dress!

Our Coven Mother, Ana has been super wonderful to chaperon Jackson the Moose at the San Francisco Twilight Convention. They have gotten to meet a ton of people and had an amazing time. I love this dress!!!
