Eclipse Premiere

FINALLY! One of the days we have been waiting for! Can I just say, Kristen looked absolutely gorgeous?! She did amazing in all her interviews and she seemed more at ease than ever. I enjoyed her interaction with the fans, in spite of the "fan incident." If you didn't hear, someone (whether by accident or not) marked Kristen on her face with a sharpie. This happened shortly after she had arrived and had started signing autographs, etc with the fans. She was asked about it and was very nice about the whole thing, but I'm totally girl crushing on her. Rob managed to pull off a maroon suit and Taylor looked handsome in his suit as well. I think the whole cast look pretty good overall. People had mixed feelings about Nikki's dress, but I thought it was cute. Ashley looked great also, but she definitely looked better at last year's premiere. Kellan looked hot and even showed the fans his CK underwear. :) The only complain I truly have is that Jackson wasn't really interviewed. He was brushed off it seemed. Just about everyone from the cast got interviewed, but I never once saw Jackson!! :( Terrible. Anyway, the night ended on a high note for some of our sisters who scored screening tickets, got to hug Rob and even shake his hand. AMAZING!! I'm so happy for all of those who went and had a great time and seeing the cast made it all worthwhile! :) Good job ladies!! xoxox.

If you love MUSE and Twilight then you just hit the jackpot! As we all know MUSE played a part during the creation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga. It's no surprise why Stephenie could be inspired by this band, in one word, they are AMAZING!

During our Seattle/Forks/Vancouver Road Trip the sisterhood had the pleasure of seeing MUSE in concert during our stay in Vancouver, B.C. This was one of the best concerts I have been to! I've seen many concerts and I can honestly say MUSE gave it all they had and rocked the house!

Though it was rumored early on that the band would not be featured in the third installment of the Twilight Saga we are happy to hear that rumor debunked! On May 17, 2010 the single, Neutron Star Collision (Love is Forever) will be released to the TwiMasses! Though just a peep of their distinct harmonic piano musical delight, I'm sure we are all eagerly anticipating the release of this song! I was ecstatic once I heard MUSE would be featured on the Eclipse Soundtrack!

"An official artwork featuring an eclipse has been unveiled as the cover art of Muse's upcoming single "Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)". The song is recorded for movie "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" and will make its debut on May 17. Muse previously contributed to soundtrack compilation of the first installment of "Twilight" movie series, having their song "Supermassive Black Hole" listed on the album. Also, they landed their track "I Belong To You (New Moon Remix)" in the theme song compilation of "The Twilight Saga's New Moon". This year, soundtrack album of "Eclipse" will be released across the United States on June 8 and has been made available for pre-order on Amazon. A very short preview of the forthcoming lead single performed by the British band has hit the web for a teaser."

New Novella from Stephenie Meyer

Multiple news outlets, web sites, and the like have been reporting this news like crazy.

Stephenie Meyer is gracing us with a novella all about the short life and times of Bree Tanner.

“I’m as surprised as anyone about this novella,” said Stephenie Meyer. “When I began working

on it in 2005, it was simply an exercise to help me examine the other side of Eclipse, which I

was editing at the time. I thought it might end up as a short story that I could include on my

website. Then, when work started on The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide, I thought the Guide

would be a good fit for my Bree story. However, the story grew longer than I anticipated, until it

was too long to fit into the Guide.”

The novella will be available on July 5th, 2010

Twilight Graphic Novel - On Sale March 16th

YEN PRESS ANNOUNCES TWILIGHT: THE GRAPHIC NOVEL, VOL. 1 WILL GO ON-SALE ON MARCH 16, 2010

NEW YORK, NY (January 20, 2010) — Yen Press, the graphic novel imprint of Hachette Book Group, announced that it will publish the highly-anticipated first volume in the graphic novel adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight on March 16, 2010. Twilight: The Graphic Novel, Volume 1 will be released in hardcover for $19.99 ($22.99 CAN) with a first printing of 350,000 copies. As is typical in graphic novel publishing, due to the length of the prose novel, the book will be divided into two volumes and the release date for the second volume is forthcoming.

Twilight: The Graphic Novel contains selected text from Meyer's original novel with illustrations by Korean artist Young Kim. A rare fusion of Asian and Western comic techniques is reflected in this black-and-white graphic novel with color interspersed throughout. Meyer consulted throughout the artistic process and had input on every panel.

"I've enjoyed working on this new interpretation of Twilight," said Meyer. "Young has done an incredible job transforming the words that I have written into beautiful images. The characters and settings are very close to what I was imagining while writing the series."

Stephanie Meyer's Sweeps Top 4 Again

Led by Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series, vampires devoured USA TODAY's Best-Selling Books list in 2009.
For the second year in a row, Meyer swept the top four spots. No other author — not even J. K. Rowling— has done that in the list's 16-year history.

Meyer's coattails pulled 16 other vampire titles onto the list of the year's 100 most popular books.

"Meyer had an unbelievable impact," says Michael Norris, books analyst for Simba Information, a market-research firm. He wonders what publishers will do when what he calls " 'the vampire industrial average' falls. Every cycle has an end."

But for now, Meyer — who has also benefited from Twilight movie adaptations, with more to come — has turned "the YA (young adult) category into the PG-13 of books," he says. "She's not just read by tweens and teens, but by a lot of 30-year-old women."

Twilight Sisterhood @ the New Moon Premiere

Hey everyone! As you know a few members of Twilight Sisterhood camped out for the New Moon Premiere. Thankfully we were in the first 50 of 750 people. After 5 days, 4 nights, no sleep, dry skin, dead cell phones, bathroom scrambles, media circus, loud frat UCLA students, and endless questions its safe to say it was worth it to be at the Red Carpet event.

The sad part is my camera was angry and died towards the end of the event so not as many pics as I'd hoped. I did have a fangirl moment when Stephanie Meyers came through the line.....don't want to tear up, but she's a sweet and wonderful person and happy to have met her!

But I hope to get some from the other TS members so we can post them for you! Until then....Enjoy....some are drool worthy!

He tried to sign everything he could possibly get his hands on in the little time he had. He was all smiles for the fans, I guess trying to figure out why we camped out. The answer is simple....cause you're fucking AWESOME!!

Ok, I'm eating crow.....Kristen Stewart was very nice, very sweet.....((gulp)) and very, very pretty (still thinks she needs a burger and a nap!) but still pretty girl with strange hair. Loved her dress, and the shoes were to die for!
