ROBERT Pattinson has been voted the Sexiest Man In The World.The Twilight heartthrob beat off several well-established hunks including Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp to claim the title.

The 23-year-old year-old British actor, who shot to fame playing vampire Edward Cullen in teen romantic thriller Twilight, isn’t fazed by his new status an official sex symbol.He said: “The hottest actor stuff doesn’t really mean anything. You have a month maybe with all this heat and hype.”Johnny and Brad came second and fifth in the poll conducted by Glamour magazine, while other hunks to make the top ten include Hugh Jackman, football superstar David Beckham, Zac Efron and George Clooney.

But life as Hollywood's hottest isn't easy, and Robert recently revealed some interesting run-ins with female fans.

He said: “People ambush me and try and find out what hotel I'm staying at, as well as wanting to touch my hair. Everyone just screams and screams. It feels surreal.“Once there were four girls, in Chicago I think, and they had all scratched their necks until they bled."Then when they came up to me they had these bleeding scabs. It was gross.”

Megan Fox thinks Robert Pattinson is too immature to date

Well it seems Miss Megan Fox is addressing the rumors about her dating actor Robert Pattinson....now before I start this I'm a Megan Fox fan - she's hot but she's no Angelina Jolie(Angelina has the looks, talent and Brad Pitt - Need I say more?). But when I first heard she was dating Pattinson I laughed...well because Megan...hell its Megan. And I always thought he'd want to be with someone with a little more substance.

"I just randomly asked someone for a light and it was him. That was the extent of our 'relationship,'" she said of the brooding vampire star. "But I'm sure there's going to be a different guy every week now."

Megan has to realize Rob is the hottest thing since slice bread and Harry Potter and Twilight isn't enough. And since he's not pulling a Lindsey Lohan going to every club and snorting so much coke he for got his mama's name of course people are making up stories about him. If you don't want people to assume you're with someone carry your own lighter.

"He and Zac-- they're just too pretty with the big hair and the suits. And Rob is, what, 22? Zac is 21? That's a joke," Megan said. "Boys in their twenties are a waste of time. They have nothing to offerconversationally; they're immature. I feel like I have a better shot with someone in his thirties."

I'm sorry this comment made me laugh!! First they're too pretty? Well we know who wants to be the pretty one. Megan thinks she's deeper than Robert Pattinson? Sorry he's too deep for me and I'm in my 30's! I think Rob's vocabulary extends past "Dude", "Awesome", "fucker" and "loo". I went through that I only date older men phase when I was Megan's age, thinking younger men don't get you. Sorry to say if and man in his 30's can relate more to a woman barely in her 20's he's not that evolved (and he's jsut staring at her boobs).

Moviefone interview: These days, you can't look at a gossip rag or website without finding some new -- often outrageous -- story about Robert Pattinson, the red-hot star of 'Twilight.'When we talked to Pattinson in anticipation of his upcoming film 'Little Ashes' (in theaters May 8, 2009), we decided to get the sexy 22-year-old's take on a few recent headlines.

1. I heard that you follow all the online gossip about you?

I read that and thought it was such bullshit. I was like, "God, I sound like such a loser!"

2. So that's not true?

Well, I do sometimes. I used to a lot more before and then ... I only look at the negative stuff. I just want to know whoever's saying negative stuff, and I just want to remember their names. I write it all down in my black book. [Laughs]

3. Is it true that you took a fan out for dinner?

That is true, yeah.

4. Is it true that, I don't know if you saw this, but a source on the set of 'New Moon' said that you don't smell good, that you don't shower?

I haven't even been on the set yet!

5. You know the same thing went around about Zac Efron a while ago; that he doesn't shower.

Really? He looks like he smells really good [laughs]. I also do shower.

6. I also read that you got hit on the head with a sign while you were filming?

You know, that is the most ... I actually got told about that this morning. It's like, "What?" It's the most boring story.

7. I just watched a Ryan Reynolds video interview and he called you "dreamy" and said he'd love to work with you.

[Embarrassed laugh] Really?

8. Is there anyone you'd love to work with?

Ryan Reynolds! [Laugh] ... I've always wanted to work with Benicio Del Toro, I think he's amazing. And there are tons and tons of people ...
