Vanessa Hudgens Goes Shopping for some Class

Vanessa Hudgens continues to glom onto hang around the Eclipse cast while she is filming Sucker Punch in Vancouver. I'd say I hope Ashley's class rubs off on her, but I really don't want Ashley to catch anything while rubbing. :(

Vanessa Hudgens = Leah Clearwater....pls NO!!

With pictures of Vanessa Hudgens and Nikki Reed popping up all over the place people are speculating that Vanessa will likely to play Leah Clearwater, in Eclipse. But Hudgens star power is a little shaky after a horrible opening for her latest flick Bandslam, she is in Vancouver filmming Sucker Punch. But she's not the only contender for the role of Leah, there's also Julia Jones in the running. Most Twilight fans can't stand Hudgens (ok I can't stand her and her fake smirk) so that mean Summit of course will hire her and ruin the reminder of the Saga for me.

Yesterday Nikki Reed and Vanessa Hudgens were spotted walking together in Vancouver. Vanessa is in Vancouver filming Sucker Punch still dealing with horrible box office weekend for her film Bandslam. Which I've hear was pretty good, so Summit what went wrong?

Casting begins for Eclipse!

Another hot tip from The Twilight Examiner!

Entertainment Weekly reports that director David Slade has begun casting calls for the third installment of the Twilight saga, Eclipse. The epic showdown between the wolves and vamps is sure to be action packed, and they are looking to fill these crucial roles to round out the cast on both sides: Riley, Seth and Leah Clearwater.



Entertainment Weekly describes the characters in their column:

Riley "a handsome, blond, clean-cut college boy who falls victim to Victoria [and] plays an integral role in Victoria's attempt to murder Bella Swan."

Seth Clearwater, a member of the La Push werewolf clan and a "tall, gangly-limbed boy with a huge, happy grin [who] idolizes Jacob."

Leah Clearwater, Seth's big sister, and the only woman in La Push, who is "tall and slender with beautiful skin and short cropped black hair. She would be considered gorgeous if not for the perpetual scowl she carries due to a broken heart and her anger issues.

There have been a few names bandied about for these roles - Channing Tatum as Riley, Brenda Song and Vanessa Hudgens for Leah - but at this point it has all been rumor and conjecture.
